On October 16, 2019, a discussion on challenges and prospects for change in the field of Arab education in mixed cities was held between 16:00 and 20:00 at the Mossawa Center. The event took place in collaboration between FES Israel, the Mossawa Center and the Arab Education Affairs Monitoring Committee.

During the meeting, data on the state of Arab education was presented in mixed cities including Haifa, Acre, Nazareth, Jaffa, Ramla, and Lod, and a discussion was held on the unique characteristics of each city on the one hand and the common challenges and opportunities. The purpose of the meeting was to motivate a process of educational cooperation between social activists from all mixed cities involved.
