The “Atidot” program is a program for young women to develop women’s public and political leadership.

The program includes a theoretical part along with a practical mentoring section by leading women who contribute their experience to the program participants and help them to promote their vision of leadership.

On April 28, the fourth “Atidot” program was completed at the Ono Academic College in cooperation with WePower association and the Ono Academic College. We were blessed with a quality group of women from all walks of life in Israeli society and with no less special companions who contributed their time and energy to promoting the initiatives of the young leaders while integrating them around the decision-making tables.

We thank our wonderful partners at WePower association, Dr. Mazal Shaul and Shani Elden Haimi, the moderator Ronit Miller, Yair Sakov of the Ono Academic College, and the wonderful women who accompanied the graduates during their practical training: Adv. Idit Shaham, Head of Yoav Regional Council Dr. Matti Tsarfati-Harkabi, Chairman of Nammat Southern Triangle Maisam Jaljuli, and Ayelet Daliot, Director of the Raanana Municipality’s Innovation Division, and wish great success to the graduates.
