A delegation of the Hans-Böckler-Foundation visited the office of the Friedich-Ebert-Stiftung as part of an educational journey to Israel, in cooperation with the Willy-Brand-Center Jerusalem. The delegation with twelve participants, all trade union members and scholarship holders of the Hans-Böckler-Foundation, came from all over Germany and visited Israel for the first time invited by the Willy Brandt Center.

After FES Director Paul Pasch welcomed the delegation, Projectmanager Micky Drill introduced the work of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in Israel. Furthermore, he elaborated on the Israeli society, the German-Israeli relations as well as the cooperation of the German and Israeli labor movement in general and in particular the trade unions. Afterwards the group lively discussed the presented topics and their experiences in Israel.
