On April 29, the “Kolech Nishma” course was completed for the women of the Halisa neighborhood in Haifa in cooperation with WePower association and under the professional and sensitive guidance of Shani Elden Haimi.

The objectives of the program are:
1. Creating a shared leadership of women in order to promote a social issue of their choice.
2. Introducing and deepening the relationship between them.
3. Acquaintance with the municipality and ist officials in order to promote matters effectively.

The end of the course is only the beginning of vigorous activity by the Halisa women to improve the neighborhood quality in cooperation with the Municipality of Haifa.
We thank Biatris Rozen Katz, Advisor to the Mayor for the Status of Women, to Hamudi Said, responsible for municipal community projects in Haifa Municipality, to Michal Borovsky, a social worker in the Halisa community, our partners at WePower association and to the wonderful graduates of the course.
