On Tuesday, November 24, the first zoom meeting of a new, particularly inspiring project took place: “Mahli” – “My Place”, a network of mutual support, action and learning of Arab women interested in being active and influential in the public and political arena.
The project takes place as part of FES Israel’s ongoing activities to promote gender equality and promote the participation of women in decision-making processes and in cooperation with the Mossawa Center, NA’AMAT chairwomen in the Central Galilee, the Galilee Center, Nazareth and the Southern Triangle and the adviser on the Status of Women in Beit Jann, Hiba Slalaha.
