The Event was organized in the framework of the Series of Events organized by the Israeli Association for the Study of European Integration – IASEI with FES Israel and the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya. The Panel Discussion focused on: EU-Russia Relations in the Context of EU Neighbourhood Policy.

International Key Speakers and a Representative from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs participated in the Panel Discussion:

  • Prof. Marc Maresceau, Jean Monnet Chair ad personam in EU Legal Studies, Ghent European Law Institute, Ghent University
  • Dr. Yulia Nikitina, Associate Professor, World Politics Department, Moscow State University of International Relations
  • Mr. Shmuel Revel, Head of Bureau of the European Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israel

The panel was followed by highly interesting questions from the audience.
