Shvilim is a program for young interested leaders of the Zionist Left, which is carried out in cooperation between the Berl Katznelson Foundation and the FES. The individual seminars are tailored to specific sectors of Israeli society. For this purpose, we offer young political leaders training courses with social democratic contents as well as tools, mentoring and know-how up to accompanying some local actions.

The course coincided with the protests of the Ethiopian community triggered by the shooting of Salamon Taka by a police officer. In this respect, this case and the danger of racism in Israeli society were the focus of the 10-day course.
