Shvilim is a program for young, interested leaders of the Zionist Left, which is carried out in cooperation between the Berl Katznelson Foundation and the FES. The individual seminars are tailored to specific sectors of Israeli society. To this end, we offer young political leaders training courses with social democratic content, as well as tools, mentoring and know-how, including support for local actions.

The course is already the second seminar for young Druze opinion leaders. At the end of the program, a network was formed with the previous group in order to work together on concrete projects within the community.
