Shvilim is a program carried out by Berl Katznelson Foundation in cooperation with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Israel. It addresses young political leaders of different sectors in Israeli society that are not traditionally associated with Social Democracy. The course, which is conducted by experts from Berl Katznelson Foundation, is meant to strengthen the participants’ foundations of social democratic values and give them tools to express their opinions in their own communities and beyond.
Currently, Shvilim’s second course in the National Religious sector is in progress. About 20 highly motivated and dedicated people take part in the course. After the course, they will be part of a network of graduates who have the means to confidently influence the socio-political discourse within Israeli society.
FES Israel wishes a successful course to the participants and all the best for the future.
