On Friday, April 20, the 30 participants of the socio-economic course “Progressive Economists” presented their interim project results to their fellow students, mentors and socio-economic experts in Tel Aviv.
The course “Progressive Economists” is organized by the Social Economic Academy in cooperation with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Israel and enables current economic students of Tel Aviv University and the Hebrew University to realize socio-economic projects in cooperation with institutions from the public sector. For instance, one of this year’s working groups examines together with the ministry of environment an advanced strategy for waste sorting within Israel.
Following the presentations the participants discussed their results and jointly developed suggestions for improvement.
We are happy about the great commitment and wish all participants the best of success for completing their projects.
