On Friday, the 21st of April, the participants of the socio-economic course “Progressive Economists” presented their interim project results to their fellow students, mentors and socio-economic experts in Tel Aviv.
The course “Progressive Economists” is organized by the Social Economic Academy in cooperation with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Israel and enables currents students of economics to realize socio-economic projects in cooperation with institutions from the public sector. For instance, one of this year’s working groups examines together with the Ministry of Construction and Housing how private real estate owners can be induced via financial incentives from the government to take part in urban regeneration programs like TAMA 38.
Following the presentations the participants discussed their previous results and jointly developed suggestions for improvement.
We are happy about the great commitment and wish all participants the best of success for completing their projects.
