Without a fair tax policy, there can be no social justice in our society. For this reason, the FES cooperates with the global Tax Justice Network worldwide and also in Israel. The sixth joint event took place on 21 May, as in previous years at the College of Management in Rishon le Zion. 25, partly high-ranking representatives of ministries, tax authorities, science and investment houses discussed the following topics in three working groups: Taxation of Equality Compensation to Employees and Directors; Taxing Capital and Taxation of Intellectual Property.

The results are summarised at the following short policy recommendation papers (in Hebrew):

  • Taxation of Equality Compensation to Employees and Directors
  • Tax rates imposed on capital gains
  • Taxation of Intellectual Property
