The Program was organized by the New Fund for Cinema and Television (NFTC) in cooperation with FES Israel.

The purpose of that innovative program is to enable participating filmmakers to prepare high-quality production files, and develop their capacity to act as effective filmmakers and agents of change within their respective communities.

The Program brought together 12 talented female filmmakers from diverser religious, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and supports them in the development of compelling documentaries that amplify women’s voices about important contemporary and social issues. The one-year program includes three 5-days residential workshops.
