We are happy to invite you to an open discussion on fighting poverty in the Arab society, organized in cooperation with the Mossawa Center.

After a short introduction by the Mossawa Center on the poverty situation in Arab localities, the budget of the Ministry of Social Affairs, the obstacles for using budgetary funds for fighting poverty in the Arab localities and the budgetary needs of the Arab population with regard to the budget of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Ms. Nurit Weisberg Nakash, National Inspector of Social Services at the Ministry of Social Affairs will present the program of the ministry for fighting poverty in the Arab localities. Subsequently, there will be time for discussion with the participation of mayors, directors of municipal social affairs departments, “Otzma” Centers and civil society organizations.
