Obtaining Spatial Planning Justice through a Reparcelling Mechanism (Unification and Distribution) in Arab Localities

Author: Prof. Rassem Khamaisi

The research opens a window to explore just planning in various circles: between state institutions and Arab localities in Israel; between local authorities and residents; and between land-owning residents and themselves, including justice for women, who are currently excluded from the discussion and practice of planning and property in Arab localities.

The Research was published by the Jewish-Arab Center, University of Haifa.
